Burrrhhh!

This is me the last few days. Is anyone else ready for some warm temperatures? I know I'm a baby when it comes to being cold, but us South Texas girls aren't used to temps in the 30's and 40's. How am I going to shed those extra pounds when all I want to do is hang out under a warm blanket and drink some delicious coffee?

Me too!!! I only have so many sweaters! I'm ready for some 70 and 80 weather. I'm tired of this week of winter. HA! HA!HA!HA! We south texas gals are spoiled rotton. But we love it!!
I"m all about hanging out under the blankets with some coffee as well. I'm done just that a few days ago. It was heaven!!

I am sitting at my desk shaking right now. I hate being cold! I know our water bill will be outrageous this month from all my hot baths.

It's 5*Celcius here which is the 30's. But it's a beautiful mild day. I just love it. It's funny, I can't imagine what it would be like to live somewhere where it is hot all the time.

This made me laugh! It is so cold here, too. Our heat ran all night and still couldn't stay above 60.

I'm with you Susie. Us Texas girls hate it when the temperature dips below 65 degrees!! Let's share a hot chocolate. I'll bring my pink afghan!

You surely wouldn't want to trade weather with me right now, Susie. The storm that poor California just got hit with has landed right here in the Grand Valley - western Colorado. It's snowing and icy outside and we're in for several days of it.

I'm with you. Stay warm and drink lots of wonderful hot stuff. Lose weight when the weather improves! LOL

Funny! I'm a "South Texas gal", too, but presently reside in Montreal, QC. During this time of year, I consider anything ABOVE freezing to be a "heat wave"! For some reason, when it gets into the 30's and 40's in South Texas, it's a cold that just goes to your bones. I think it's the humidity in the air that makes it feel that way. Glad it's warmed up for ya!
