Quick Update

It's getting late (11:20p.m.) and we are TIRED. Skip is beginning to run a temperature which can be totally normal after surgery, but we are praying it goes away soon. My tendency is to worry, but I am giving this to God. The nurses are on top of things, and don't seem too concerned. After the staph infection Skip had a week or so after the last hip replacement, I am not going to hesitate to keep a close watch on him.

He is having some shoulder pain and a headache right now, but is able to catch some z's between the constant checks and monitoring. Please continue to pray for Skip. I would love for him to heal quickly and get home soon.
