I Am Speechless

I just got home from celebrating the most awesome Easter service EVER! We had standing room only on our Saturday service and we still have 3 more services tomorrow. I am fully confident that MANY found Christ for the first time tonight. I am so blessed to have been a part of this special night as we opened the doors for the first time to our new building. The music had me on my feet praising God and had me crying in awe of how great His sacrifice was for me. Bil preached his best sermon thus far, and GOD WAS GLORIFIED!!!

Happy Easter!!!!

I can't think of anything better to say than "Praise God from whom all blessings flow." The purpose of His church is to draw people unto Him, so it shouldn't surprise us that He does just that, but what a blessing that He allows us to be a part of it. I'm glad He blessed so abundantly for your maiden service!

Hi Susie, What a happy note to read as we begin our Easter Celebration. I can feel your joy and love. We attended an awesome program here Friday night. I'll blog about it later.

I know today is going to be AWESOME!!

Love you,
Susan

Susie, I think I found you off of Barb's blog. I loved reading your story of why you chose the carnation for your blog name.

You know, there is nothing more attractive, or anyone more of a blessing to others, than someone who understands and accepts Who God is their own life and how He has designed them to be so unique.

I can tell you are a blessing to those who know you. May He use you to the fullest in the role He is perfecting in you.

Hey Susie,
So glad to hear that the sound got fixed. Since my hubby ministers in the sound dept. at our church, I can totally relate!

Praise God for your awesome Easter services.

Happy, happy Easter!

It was awesome!! I cried the whole time. To think that it once was a chruch of just 5 to 125 when we stepped foot into Bay Area. It was the best sermon thus far and I cant' wait to " get up" and renew my faith to GOD!!!! To think of all the people that will be touched and come to know Christ. AHHHHH!!!! What a blessing!!!

There is NOTHING like that spiritual "high" when God has been glorified. I am so happy for all of you.

I believe we all are about to see God move in mighty ways as never before as time grows short this side of Heaven.

Praise God Susie!! It was just the same at our church - full and overflowing. It is awesome to think of the word going forth in so many different places and so many lives being changed and souls saved. That's what it's all about!

Boy, I held my breath when I read your previous post, Susie. Then I read the update and then I read this one. I'd say going for the #3 option obviously worked. I can totally understand Skip being panic stricken. But it sounds like your Easter services in the new building were absolutely wonderful.

Whew! I suspect Skip is pretty ready to relax. LOL

Susie,
Hey we went to the ten o'clock service and it was so awesome. I brought a friend with me and I think the message Pastor Bill preached touched her and she is going to start coming. It was just amazing!!!!!!The singing was awesome!!!!!!I can't till next week. It was so great to see all those people there.

We had a wonderful palm sunday service as well as an attendance of over 500 on Easter. But the feeling inside the church felt as if He (our savior) was dealing directly with yourself.

Really enjoy your site! It is so beautiful, and you have great posts.
I found it a Christian Women online.

Blessings to you from Canada.

PS- I understand the whole "sound not working" stress thing. Way to overcome!
