Three Showings in Three Days

I don't know what is going on, but I'm praying that the end is quickly approaching. We haven't been showing the house much at all. Then all of a sudden, we have three showings in three days. I just did a mad rush of picking up and I'm heading out with the kids now for some fun. We have swimsuits in tow, and will probably head to the beach or a pool. Please join me in prayer if you are reading this. I would love to finally move. Love you guys!

I just happened upon your blog and it is lovely. I will be praying your house sells. We sold our home last year and lived in a rental for a year until we found what we wanted. We actually closed on our new home two days ago. I am so excited!! God's blessings to you ~~

Susie,

I haven't had a computer in several days! Yay! Praise God. It is now late Sunday, but still I'm gonna pray. I am just so hopeful to hear a postive update. But most hopeful for WHATEVER God's will is - because I want the VERY best for you and your family! The book suggestion - so glad you put it out there. It was EXACTLY the topic I wanted to study. Thank you!!!! And the post before that, especially.....was SO SWEET. I think you're right! I think I DO KNOW your heart in what you were trying to say. Thank you for posting Ashley's link. We are FEELING so many prayers right now from sweet bloggers like you who passed on the prayer request. The comments and the encouragement on her blog have nearly doubled and it is helping so much in such a difficult time. But I am also SO VERY GLAD that you said what you did that someone else's big problem didn't make God care any less about your "little" one. Because you are RIGHT ON. What's "small" to one may be devastating to another who is learning it's lessons for the first time. Problems aren't meant to be compared. We are all to bear one another's burdens. And your's to me is not so little anyway. A family needs it's head to be whole. And I'm praying that happens for you soon. You're such a sweetie!

Hey Susie, I've been following your house-selling woes issue, etc. I thought I'd mention that I was listeing to an NPR (National Public Radio) show the other day (might have been Talk of the Nation, I don't recall) where they were talking about the difficulties people are having with selling their homes this year because of the market. They were discussing the option of renting the house until the climate is better for selling. I thought I'd pass that on to you in case it's not something you've considered. God speed with it all. : )
