Some Inspiration For Losing Weight

I won't lie to you. Being on a diet is HARD!!! Luckily, I have some inspirational shows to watch since Skip is hardly ever home. I've been watching The Biggest Loser, Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders: Making the Team Part 2, and now I Want To Look Like a High School Cheerleader Again. I am not a huge tv watcher, but I found myself wanting to do situps, lift weights, and do some pushups while I'm watching these shows. Does anybody else but me want to throw up when they tell a girl in Cowboys training camp that she needs to tone up and lose some of her tummy area, when I would DIE to have the girl's stomach. Okay, maybe I'm crazy, but I never looked that good in my early twenties. If I did have a flat stomach in high school or college, that's not all that was flat. Anyway, I am pressing on while madly craving a slice of turtle cheesecake. Keep me accountable ladies. I'm almost on day 7-Woohoo!

I found this new brownie mix (at HEB) called No Pudge www.nopudge.com. They have 0 fat but taste SO good! Of course I can't eat the entire tray of brownies but it is a nice treat at the end of healthy eating week.

I love watching the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader show. I haven't seen it in awhile, though. What station are you seeing it on? Keep up the good work with your diet!!

You have such a cute site. (gotta love pink!)

Hey! Just wanted to tell you about a free giveaway at my site. It's for some all-natural bath and body products made in Texas. Come check it out - and tell your friends!

I don't get any money for this - I just want to give more attention to companies who make their products in the USA!

I never did look like a highschool cheerleader. Even in high school. ;v)

Day seven. Good for you, girl. I would have quite 5 days ago. Keep on going. You'll look great on that cruise!

And keep posting about it! I need the inpiration!

I would love a little shocking device that shocked me every time I reached for something sweet. Maybe after a few months my body and mind would actually stop craving it! Maybe shocking is a little extreme. I think I'll just pinch myself . . . I'll let you know if it works!

Let us keep each other accountable! I am having my morning smoothie right now, strawberries, banana, yogurt, ice, a little milk...blend well. Yum.

I think watching the cheerleaders would make me angry. I am doing Christian Yoga... low pain but lots of stretches and toning plus I have my treadmill.

Keep on moving on.... Hugs!

First of all, way to go!!! You are doing so great. This is all going to pay off in a big way....you will love how you look and feel.

I too watch those shows. I have banned Rachel Ray, Martha Stewart and Food TV. I don't need that kind of temptation! Chicken breasts, eggs whites and steamed veggies...that is my mantra!
